Refund policy

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
